Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of product development and customer advocacy, playing a critical role in shaping our products and services based on customer feedback and market trends. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept through launch, alongside managing and fostering customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and iteration of generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, translating them into impactful product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to guarantee successful product launches and meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation and conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the tech industry, showcasing a track record of successful product launches.
- Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects, with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, skilled at transforming customer insights into actionable product strategies.
